Lisa Pulsatilla (Lisa Teichmann) is a Vienna-based flutist, electronic musician, and postdoctoral researcher at the University of Vienna. With her flute and countless pedals she creates soundscapes of soft droning, polyphonic layers of melodies, and seamless, hypnotic loops. She enjoys engaging with sounds that relate to the experience of trauma in the body, its vibratory release, and healing music.

Lisa has participated in several co-creations, including creating the sound for George Fok's installation "Seeking Stillness" presented by Montreal's Phi Center in 2020, the soundtrack for Sarah Seené's documentary "Portrait de Pierre Bourgault" and, with Chittakone Baccam, the soundtrack for Guillaume Vallée's short film "are you haunted, daddy? (about anxiety)". Her music has been released by isohyet, sound as language, Jeunesse Cosmique, and Crochet Disque.

Lisa has been part of numerous community-driven music projects. In Montreal, she used to organize monthly jams with artists to provide an open, safe, and diverse environment for free artistic expression. She is also a founding member of ShyGirls Collective, a project to create a safe space for women and people who embody the ShyGirls spirit of making music with support and love from a compassionate community. Right now, Lisa is a member of Kollektiv Kaorle, where she co-fascilitates the FLINTA Musikraum, an inclusive space for members to meet, share skills and gear, jam, and practice.
