CURRENT WEBSITE

The current website does not contain a user account, advertising integration or optional analytics integration. It does not intentionally set marketing cookies.

NEWSLETTER

Visitors can voluntarily subscribe to the Sonic Territories newsletter. The email address and technically necessary connection data are processed to send the confirmation email and protect the form against misuse. The newsletter service Mailjet receives the email address for this purpose.

A subscription is added to the newsletter contact list only after the confirmation link has been opened and the confirmation button has been selected. This double opt-in process helps verify that the subscription was requested by the owner of the address.

Confirmed subscriptions are retained until the subscriber unsubscribes or requests deletion. Every newsletter sent through Mailjet provides an option to unsubscribe. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting processing that occurred before the withdrawal.

HOSTING

The website is hosted on Vercel. When a page is requested, technically necessary connection data such as IP address, request time, requested resource and browser information may be processed in server and security logs to deliver and protect the service.

EXTERNAL LINKS

Links to ticketing services, maps and social platforms lead to third-party websites. Their own privacy policies apply after the visitor follows the link.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on the applicable legal requirements, data subjects may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Questions can be sent to the contact address above.
