Sonic Territories is committed to creating a respectful, inclusive and safe environment for artists, visitors, partners and team members.
We celebrate diversity and do not tolerate discrimination, harassment or exclusion based on gender or gender identity, sexual orientation, age, physical appearance, disability, ethnicity, nationality, language, social background, education or religion.
Artistic freedom comes with a shared responsibility for mutual respect. The perspectives expressed by artists are their own and do not necessarily reflect those of the organisation. Everyone taking part in Sonic Territories is asked to contribute to a mindful atmosphere and to respect one another, the venues and shared spaces.
If you experience or witness harassment or inappropriate behaviour, please contact a team member on site or write to office@sonic-territories.at. We take all concerns seriously and will respond accordingly.
These guidelines apply to all Sonic Territories festivals, events and platform-related activities.
PROGRAMME CHANGES
Times, locations and line-ups may change. Please check the relevant event page shortly before your visit. Changes to the programme, line-up or starting time do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
ACCESS
Accessibility conditions differ across the decentralised venues. Available information about step-free access, seating, toilets, public transport and assistance will be provided on the relevant venue and event pages.

HEARING PROTECTION
Some events involve high sound levels. Free hearing protection will be available at the relevant venues.
PHOTO & VIDEO
Sonic Territories events may be documented through photography and video for documentation and communication purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform a team member when you arrive. We will make reasonable efforts to respect your request. You may also contact us at office@sonic-territories.at if you would like a specific published image to be reviewed.
TICKETS & VENUE RULES
All ticket prices include VAT. The terms and conditions and house rules of the respective venues apply. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor event spaces.
EMERGENCIES & LOST PROPERTY
In case of an emergency, please contact a team member on site or call the European emergency number 112.
