Isidora Bulatović

Isidora Bulatović is a 23- year-old cellist and sound artist based in Vienna, currently finishing her bachelor studies at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz in the class of Tobias Stosiek. Her artistic practice focuses on contemporary music, sound, performance, and sound installations, exploring the cello beyond its traditional role. She has performed at festivals and venues across Austria, including Salzburg, Linz, Vienna, and Graz, as well as in the Czech Republic, Germany and Italy. Her collaborations include Hermann Nitsch's final 6-Day Play, the Angewandte Festival in Vienna, and a performance for cello, text, and live electronics with students of Kunstuniversität Linz. She was part of the world premiere of the opera “Story of Stone” in Theaterhaus Graz. Recent works include Imitation Error, a sound installation for live cello and backing track that premiered in Trieste, Italy. As well as Dream of Rain, a sound installation presented for an exhibition at Klub Kräftner in Graz.
