Kristina Pia Hofer

Kristina Pia Hofer (she/her) is post-doc senior lecturer at the Department of Media Theory at University of Applied Arts Vienna, Austria. She has recently finished a five-year, Austrian Science Fund (FWF)-funded project on audiovisual relations in contemporary video (Situating Cinesonics, doi 10.55776/V770) and has been teaching classes on sonic thinking in cooperation with ÆSR Applied/Experimental Sound Research Lab (University of Applied Arts Vienna, University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna and Phonogrammarchiv at the Austrian Academy of Sciences), Lobau Listening Comprehensions (Vienna), and members of CRiSAP (London) and Institute for Postnatural Studies (Madrid).
