Raphael Rogiński’s artistic work is centered around the search for the most ancient elements in musical cultures and their influence on the present. He develops guitar techniques in often radically non-standard ways. During this lecture performance, he will demonstrate these techniques as well as archival recordings from various cultures. He will also share his experience of building a personal musical style and reflect on the idea of being an artist in the contemporary world.
